We do not offer refunds.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear). Defective items must be reported within 2 days, if not reported we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Email us at email@example.com and include "RETURN" in the subject line.
We will be more than happy to exchange your item if the size does not fit or if you're unhappy for whatever reason. For an exchange, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.
You must contact Chic Perks within 7 Days of receipt for this to be effective.
Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse. Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued store credit in the form of an E-gift card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax fees.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

All items found in the Sales Category, Digital Items or Swimwear are non-returnable.
International/Canada orders are Final Sale.
